Random Acts of Kindness

The Random Acts of Kindness Club Committee is dedicated to intentionally creating a culture of compassion, encouragement, and service within our organization and community. Our purpose is to identify meaningful opportunities to uplift others through small but impactful gestures — handwritten notes, appreciation recognitions, surprise tokens of gratitude, community outreach efforts, and acts of support during times of need. We believe kindness is not accidental — it is a leadership choice. Through this committee, we aim to: Foster a positive and inclusive environment Recognize and celebrate others intentionally Strengthen relationships across our community Model servant leadership in action Create ripple effects that extend beyond a single moment By choosing kindness consistently, we help build a culture where every individual feels seen, valued, and supported.
